In her speech, Wu Jing pointed out that 80 years ago, the Chinese people built the Great Wall of Steel with flesh and blood, won the great victory of the Anti Japanese War, and made indelible contributions to the world anti fascist war. This victory is the historical turning point of the Chinese nation from a deep crisis to a great rejuvenation, and it is also the glorious practice of the anti Japanese national united front led by the CPC. Adhering to the spirit of patriotism, revolution and continuous progress of Dr. Sun Yat sen, the predecessors of the National Revolution and the CPC worked together to fight against Japan and made important contributions to national independence and people's liberation.
Wu Jing stated that this year marks the 100th anniversary of the passing of Dr. Sun Yat-sen. Mr. Sun Yat sen's great aspiration to revitalize China inspires generations of Chinese people to strive forward and continue to fight. Seventy five years ago, under the care of the CPC, the Zhejiang People's Revolutionary Movement was founded. Generations of Zhejiang People's Revolutionary Movement have always been working with the CPC with one heart and one mind, and have written a vivid chapter of multi-party cooperation.
Wu Jing emphasized that history is the best textbook, and this exhibition revisits the history of the Anti Japanese War through calligraphy and painting, and recalls the heroic deeds through the vicissitudes of life. It is not only to commemorate the martyrs, but also to draw spiritual strength from them to forge ahead.
She called on all members of the National Revolutionary Committee in the province to learn from history, promote tradition, and unite more closely around the Communist Party of China Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, to gather strength for the practice of Chinese style modernization in Zhejiang, and to contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
