On the morning of January 6th, Wu Yue, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairperson of the Zhejiang Women's Federation, visited Zhejiang Conceptfe New Material Technology Co., Ltd. for research. Tong Xiaoye, the company's Chairperson, has successively won honors such as the National "Women's Achievements Pacemaker" and "Zhejiang Provincial March 8th Red Banner Holder". In the enterprise exhibition hall, Wu Yue and her delegation learned in detail about the company's development history, core technical products, and gender equality in employment.

She emphasized that women's federations and female entrepreneurs should leverage their functional roles to eliminate gender discrimination in employment through multiple channels and effectively promote gender equality in employment. At the same time, Deqing should continuously deepen the pilot work on comprehensive services for resolving "a category of matters" in family disputes, focus on the links of investigation, prevention, and disposal, strengthen inter-departmental collaboration, integrate multiple resources, and innovate work mechanisms to strive to create a good atmosphere for safeguarding women's legitimate rights and interests.
