On the morning of December 18th, the Zhejiang Provincial March 8 Red Banner Bearers (Collectives) Alliance was established in Hangzhou. This is the first provincial-level alliance in China voluntarily formed by national and provincial March 8 Red Banner Bearers and March 8 Red Banner Collectives. The establishment of the alliance will bring together March 8 Red Banner Bearers, connecting individuals into a network, transforming individual "bonsai" into a collective "landscape," and promoting the development from individual to collective. It will grant individuals a strong sense of identity, belonging, strength, and achievement regarding their status as March 8 Red Banner Bearers, helping them grow and develop better in the new era. At the same time, it will further strengthen the connection between March 8 Red Banner Bearers (Collectives) and women's federation organizations, better unite, lead, and serve women, and fully leverage the exemplary role of March 8 Red Banner Bearers (Collectives) in committing to reform and development. More than 100 people attended the founding ceremony, including vice chairpersons and propaganda ministers in charge of propaganda work of women's federations at the municipal level, and representatives of provincial and above March 8 Red Banner Bearers (Collectives).

Congratulations to Tong Xiaoye, General Manager of Zhejiang Deqing Conceptfe Plastic Products Co., Ltd., on being elected as the first rotating Vice Chairperson of the Zhejiang Provincial March 8 Red Banner Bearers Alliance. The selection of National March 8 Red Banner Bearers (Collectives) and Provincial March 8 Red Banner Bearers (Collectives) has a long history and is the highest honor awarded to outstanding women by the women's federation system. Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, March 8 Red Banner Bearers at all levels in our province have made achievements in the frontline of reform, development, and stability, and played a unique role in social and family life.
