Wu Zhiyong pointed out that private enterprises and entrepreneurs are the most valuable assets of Huzhou, and female entrepreneurs are even more precious. They possess the courage to "not yield to men," the bravery of "innovation and reform," the magnanimity of "valuing both righteousness and profit," and the drive of "pragmatic striving." The municipal Party committee and government will continue to care about and attach importance to the growth of the Municipal Women Entrepreneurs Association, support and help female entrepreneurs thrive, and strive to create the best environment and provide strong guarantees for their innovation and entrepreneurship.

Wu Zhiyong emphasized that female entrepreneurs should gather strength for loving the Party and serving the country, embrace the new era of "moving forward on the grand path," and insist on achieving mutual growth between individuals and the city, as well as mutual achievement between enterprises and society in the "grand scenario" of Huzhou's practice of Chinese-style modernization. They should gather the strength of combining firmness and softness to shoulder new responsibilities of "standing tall in the tide," continuously promoting technological, managerial, and model innovations in their enterprises. They should gather the strength of lifelong learning to acquire new abilities of "panning for gold in the great waves," improving their knowledge, cultivation, and competence. They should gather the strength of advocating virtue and doing good to demonstrate a new image of "silent great love," striving to excel in the three roles of enterprise leader, social contributor, and family member.

Wu Zhiyong required that all departments at all levels in the city should always adhere to the "three firsts," strive to create a business environment where "enterprises feel the most," and act as "escorts" and "servers" for the development of female entrepreneurs' businesses. Women's federations at all levels should continue to serve as "family members" and "intimate confidants" of female entrepreneurs, play a bridging role, take the initiative to build service platforms, and escort "women-led" enterprises. The Municipal Women Entrepreneurs Association should expand service areas, enrich service content, innovate service forms, and improve service capabilities, leading female entrepreneurs to jointly interpret the unique elegance of "Seeing Beautiful China in Huzhou."
