On May 24th, the Zhejiang Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association held its 7th General Assembly. Wang Wenxu, Vice Governor of Zhejiang Provincial People's Government; Tong Guili, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Chairperson of Zhejiang Women's Federation; Fang Fang, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairperson; and She Xinhe, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Civil Affairs attended the conference. Nearly 400 entrepreneurs from across the province gathered online.

At the event, Vice Governor Wang Wenxu, on behalf of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government, warmly congratulated the successful convening of the conference and the establishment of the new council. He highly recognized the significant contributions made by women entrepreneurs across the province to Zhejiang's economic development.

Chairperson Tong Guili extended greetings to women entrepreneurs across the province who are striving in the main battlefield of economic construction. She fully affirmed the 6th Council for "having depth in ideological and political guidance," "having strength in serving enterprise development," "having breadth in promoting political participation," and "having warmth in fulfilling social responsibilities," noting that all work was carried out vibrantly. She also put forward suggestions and hopes for the work of the new council.

At the conference, Ms. Tong Xiaoye, Chairperson of Zhejiang Conceptfe New Material Technology Co., Ltd., was elected as Vice President of the Zhejiang Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association and was awarded the title of "Advanced Individual in Charity and Public Welfare for Women and Children." Chairperson Tong has not only interpreted the spirit of women entrepreneurs through practical actions of pragmatism and innovation but has also been actively engaged in charity for women and children, doing her best to help vulnerable groups and participating in social welfare activities such as donations for many years. From 2008 to 2022, she continuously donated to poor mothers for 15 years. Since 2009, she has established the "Xiaoye Love Award," helping and supporting more than 300 poor mothers. She has successively been named a National March 8th Red Banner Holder, a Zhejiang Provincial March 8th Red Banner Holder, and an Advanced Individual of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang (Min革) from 2017 to 2021. Chairperson Tong has always deeply nurtured a sense of family and country, strengthened development convictions, continued to promote innovation, fulfilled social responsibilities, and forged ahead despite difficulties.
