This selection of Zhejiang Hidden Champions was carried out to implement the "Implementation Opinions of the General Office of Zhejiang Provincial People's Government on Carrying out the 'Eagle雏鹰 Action' to Cultivate Hidden Champion Enterprises" (Zhejiang Government Office Document ﹝2019﹞No. 28). According to the requirements of the Provincial Economic and Information Department's "Notice on Organizing the Application for Hidden Champions and Cultivating Enterprises in 2020," it was generated through voluntary enterprise applications, formal review by the Provincial Economic and Information Department, expert evaluation, and public announcement.
Zhejiang Conceptfe New Material is one of the earliest enterprises in China to carry out research and industrialization of fluoropolymer materials and their applications.
