On December 10, 2020, Ms. Tong Xiaoye, Chairperson of Zhejiang Conceptfe New Material Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to attend the 2020 Annual Meeting of Zhejiang Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association and Enterprise Development Innovation Forum hosted by the Zhejiang Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association. Chairperson Tong was awarded the "Charming Female Zhejiang Entrepreneur · Pioneer Award in Two Battles."

Looking back at 2020, at the initial outbreak of the pandemic, Chairperson Tong led Conceptfe employees to resume work and production, making early preparations for anti-epidemic measures, thus enabling Conceptfe to become one of the first industrial enterprises in the local area to resume operations. She actively provided products for anti-epidemic frontlines to support pandemic prevention and control equipment. While actively promoting the resumption of work and production, she also donated funds and materials to epidemic-affected areas and relevant personnel.
